﷯ HAPPY BEGINNINGS

Dolphins Beach House opened its doors at Sunshine Beach, Noosa in 1998. And since then, the hostel has matured and grown into a backpackers like no other in Australia. The style is bohemian and the vibes are chill. The atmosphere that has developed over the years, proves to be one that travelers find homey; and the walls tend to be filled with people that can be likened to a family, rather than a bunch of people staying under one roof. We continue to make changes and renovations each year, but hope to never disrupt the rustic touch that makes this home so charming and relaxed.

Dolphins Beach House is a footstep away from one of the best beaches in the world, situated next to Noosa National Park, with a boutique shopping village just one minute away. Come and see for yourself!

﷯ THE OWNERS Phil Staley / Linda Staley
﷯hil began his travels in the 1970s in Asia, doing the famous overland hippy trail from Istanbul to Nepal, selling his bus, and spending a year in India. Meanwhile Linda was discovering Indonesia and the islands of Sumatra. Their travels have taken them to many countries throughout Asia, their favourite being Myanmar / Burma. Dolphins Beach House reflects Phil and Linda's love for travel, with many exotic artifacts from India to Burma and Thailand. The ambiance of this family-run hostel is quirky and unique - definitely not part of a franchise backpackers business. Once you slip past the gardens, the trees and the pink walls, you realise that you have found a restful haven. Shanti, shanti Phil, Linda
